TRIP PLAN

Day 01: Arrive Delhi
Welcome to India! Arrive Delhi international airport & Transfer to Hotel. Overnight Delhi.


Day 02: Delhi
Full day city tour of Old & New Delhi.
Begin with exploring the Old City of Delhi, where Mughal art and architecture still survive in the narrow lanes lined with havelis, mosques and food stalls serving authentic Mughlai food, an integral part of Indian cuisine. Old Delhi tourist places include Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk,
Raj Ghat., Lotus Temple,a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the first garden-tomb in India which was the inspiration for the Taj Mahal. Later we’ll drive take you to lutyens delhi where you can see the parliament of world largest democracy , President House and India gate and witness Imperial New Delhi showcasing spacious, tree-lined boulevards and noteworthy buildings.

Evening visit Indi’s biggest Temple Swami Narayan Akshardham Temple  

Visit the most beautiful & Amazing Temple with full of Fine carving and icons.

Evening at sunset watch the Fountain Show with the Light & Sound

Watch the fountain show running with the chanting & Mantras with light & Sound. Overnight Delhi. 

Please note: Akshardham Temple is Closed on Monday  


Day 03: Delhi – Agra – Delhi by road (260 Km/ 04 Hrs each side)
Morning drive to Agra, Arrive Agra.
At Sunset visit of Taj Mahal
Described by poets as “a teardrop on the cheek of eternity”. Taj Mahal was built as a mausoleum by Shah Jahan in the memory of his favourite wife, Mumtaz Mahal. When included in the UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983, it was described as “the jewel of Muslim art in India and one of the universally admired masterpieces of the world’s heritage”. The ivory-white marble tomb surrounded by picturesque gardens attracts millions visitors all year round. Drive back to Delhi. Arrive Delhi & check in the hotel. Overnight Delhi.

Day 04: Delhi – Srinagar by flight / Srinagar – Gulmarg by road (60 Km / 02 Hrs)
Welcome to the Srinagar, on arrival at Srinagar Airport you will meet our representative and proceed to Gulmarg driving past willow trees, fast flowing streams and lush green meadows.
Gulmarg – the meadow of flowers is an apt term for this idyllic flower-laden meadow offering a spectacular view of towering snow- capped peaks covered with dense forests of tall conifers and gigantic fir and pine trees. stroll leisurely or take pony rides (by your own payment) across the green meadow to one of the world’s highest Golf Course. A must is a fun-filled ride in the newly introduced Gondola lift (by your own payment) and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay with dinner in Gulmarg hotel.

Day 05: Gulmarg – Srinagar (85kms/approx.3hourdrive)
Today after having breakfast we drive to visit the famous Mughal gardens in Srinagar which are Nishat Bagh (the garden of Pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (abode of love).These gardens are situated on the banks of Dal lake. Nishat Bagh is the larger of the two gardens and has an impressive plantation of Chinar trees on its highest terrace. Both the gardens are built on a symmetrical plan of central waterways with fountains dividing a series of gardened terraces. Later in evening you can enjoy Shikara Ride in world famous romantic dal lake and enjoy dinner and overnight stay in Srinagar Hotel.


Day 06 Srinagar | Day Excursion to Sonamarg |Srinagar (90 kms / approx. 3 hour drive).
Today you embark on a full day excursion to the picturesque ‘meadow of gold’ Sonmarg.

The fast flowing Sindh river makes it popular for trout and mahseer fishing in summer. You can opt for a pony ride to one of the glaciers for some fun in snow and ice (by your own payment). In the evening return to the Hotel at Srinagar and enjoy the dinner with comfortable stay.


Day 07 Srinagar – Pahalgam (102 kms / approx. 3½ hour drive)
Checkout from hotel & then early in the morning leave for Pahalgam the ‘valley of shepherds’ which is situated at the confluence of the streams flowing from river Lidder and Sheeshnag lake. En route visit the Awantipura ruins, an 1100 year old temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu and built by King Awantivarman. On arrival into Pahalgam enjoy the surrounding beauty or walk to Baisaren, which is about 2 km from Pahalgam. A small village set in pine and fir forest is pleasing and offers good view. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel in Pahalgam.


Day 08: Kashmir – Delhi by flight

In time transfer to airport to board the flight for Delhi. Arrive Delhi & Transfer to Hotel. Overnight Delhi.


Day 09: Delhi Departure
Day free for shopping.
Today your India travel comes to an end. We arrange your drop to Delhi airport, from where you will board your flight back home. If required, our representative will be at hand to assist you with a smooth check-out from the hotel and escort you to the airport. We advise you to arrive at the airport at least 3 hrs prior to departure and keep your passport and printout of airline ticket handy to avoid last minute hassles.
