Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kolkata

Local sightseeing On arrival at Kolkata Railway station. Our representative will meet and greet you. Later drop you at hotel. Check in to the hotel. Visit, Kali Mata Mandir ,Belur Math, Howrah Bridge. St. Paul’s Cathedral Church, Fort William Eden Gardens, Birla Mandir, Shahid Minner, Overnight at Kolkata.

Day 2: Sunderban Trip. Night stay at Sunderbans

8.00 AM: We leave for Calcutta by car/van/minibus.Clients can also have a pick up point from Science city at 9am.Breakfast of veg sandwich will be served.Three hours of road to godkhali. 

11AM : Cross over to the island of Gosaba, which is the biggest market for hundreds of villages around. 

1.30PM : Reach our eco village abode on the island of Satjelia,followed by lunch. 

3.00PM : A walk through the beautiful paddy fields and the village of honey collectors and fishermen, looking out for local rituals and beliefs. 

3.30PM : Country boat ride for bird watching, during two to three hours, spotting seven types of kingfisher, egret, Brahmani eagles, pond heron, black cormorants, magpie robin, green bee eaters and above all getting introduced to the lovely mangroves, with surreal creatures like fiddler crabs, mudskipper fish etc. 

6.30PM : Return to the hotel, just after sunset.

7PM : An enchanting evening with the local musicians with their age-old musical instruments, trying to understand the local music in their backyard. A session of refreshments. 8.30-9PM: Dinner is served according to the leisure of every individual guest, getting prepared to spend the night in the mud cottages of our Eco village which has around 20 numbers of Non AC, double, triple four six and eight bedded organic cottages,which keeps cool in summers and warm in winters,with western style toilets, No Geyser but bucket hot water will be provided.. There will be a 24 hour power supply and the hut will have a proper fan , light and charging points… Though it has basic amenities, cleanliness and Hygiene remains our first priority.. so you can have the creature comfort of a fan and light in your cottage with the silence of the jungle and be sure to sleep like a baby.

Day 3: Return To Kolkata Hotel

A small walk in the village for pictures of sunrise, mangroves, village and birds, or else a cycle can be provided for the ones who would like to explore the island on wheels.

9.00AM: Breakfast and start for Kolkata. 

3.00-3.30PM: reach Kolkata. Overnight stay at Kolkata. 

Return to Kolkata overnight stay at Kolkata

Day 4: Kolkata – Gangasagar – Kolkata

Early morning proceed to Gangasagar, Sagar Island is an island in the Ganges delta, lying on the continental shelf of Bay of Bengal about 100 km south of Kolkata. & quot; Gangasagar & quot; is a place of Hindu pilgrimage. Every year on the day of Makar Sankranti (14 January), hundreds of thousands of Hindus gather to take a holy dip at the confluence of river Ganges and Bay of Bengal and offer prayers (puja) in the Kapil Muni Temple. Back to Kolkata hotel & amp; overnight stay Kolkata.

Day 5: Kolkata- Local sightseeing

Drop After breakfast visit, Dakshineswar Kali Mata Mandir, Science Museum and explore the local market of Kolkata. 7 Wonder Park, Mother Wax Museum Kolkata after that drop at airport/railway station to catch the flight/train for the next journey.
