Itinerary

Day 1: Cochin to Munnar

Pickup from Cochin. After that proceed to Munnar. Munnar is a town and hill station located in the Idukki district of the south western Indian state of Kerala. Munnar is situated at around 1,600 metres (5,200 ft) above mean sea level, In the Western Ghats mountain range. Munnar is also called the “Kashmir of South India” and is a popular honeymoon destination.

On the way you will visit

1) Cheeyappara waterfalls,

2) Valara waterfalls,

3) Spice plantations Tour,

Overnight stay in the hotel. 

Day 2: Munnar Full Day Local Sightseeing

After breakfast you will visit following palaces-

1) Misty Mountain Viewpoint

2) Tea Garden

3) Rose Garden

4) Tea Museum / Factory

4) Mattupetty Dam & Kundala lake

5) Eravikulam National Park (Usually Closed February and March)

6) Wonder valley adventure park

7)Kanchipuram silk saree Factory.

And overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 3: Munnar - Thekkady

After breakfast check out & proceed to Thekkady. Arrive in Thekkady & visit Periyar wildlife sanctuary where you can see wild elephants, boar, deer, the great India tiger & more. In Periyar lake you can enjoy the Wildlife Boating. Evening you can enjoy- Kathakali Show & Kalarippayattu  Show. Overnight stay in Thekkady.

Day 4: Thekkady- Alleppey (houseboat)

After breakfast Check out your resort and drive to Alleppey; also known as Venice of the east by its special geographical features as the place is famous for its vast back water stretches and paddy fields. By 12 pm you can board your houseboat to explore the back waters and its serene beauty. Enjoy the ride; delicious cuisines and an overnight stay onboard.

Day 5: Back to Home - Drop to Airport

After breakfast at the hotel, check out around 9 am. After that, proceed to Cochin. You will be visiting attractions such as St. Francis Church, Dutch palace, the historical town of Fort Cochin, and Marine Drive, Chinese Fishing Net (If your flight/Train time permits). After that drop at the Airport/Railway station.
